The Corsican Brothers have been hiding in Italy, but rumours confirm that a 4th MobBeats 12" is coming this fall.

The electro-acoustic band Lotus, from Phily, has released Lotus Remixed on CD featuring slick reworks by DFA record's Juan Maclean, Dj Harry, and Scottie B.

The Corsican Brothers dropped their second 12" in August on MobBeats. It was caned for months by Jeno and Garth and showed up #1 on XLR8R's Lucky 13 chart. They wrote, "One of the hottest bootlegs of the year; rock breaks and space bass will rule your world."

Mike DeVellis is blowin up, launching his own label, Pockit Records, to follow up recent funky productions on StraightUp and OM Records. Expect a new EP on Pockit in 2008, featuring a collaboration with Sneak-E Pete, and remix by Ed Royal and Dj Enne. Also catch his live band, Drexler, all over NYC.

BoingBoing was using Qburns' remix of 'Angel Soup' for the intro/outro music of their popular podcast.
